Real Estate

Development: When the right project is brought to our attention and is lucrative to our investors, we have the ability to develop the land and build condominiums, homes and/or commercial spaces.

Resale: This division is responsible for finding foreclosures or properties undervalued. After a property is acquired, it is renovated and placed back on the seller's marker for a profit.

Management: Once properties are acquired, reasonable management must be established to maintain the property and its value. This division also is responsible for previously acquired investment properties by CFMB Holdings.
